Fall/Winter Upland & Waterfowl

Come hunt both upland and waterfowl on the 2.3 million acre Crow Reservation in Montana. Hunts are conducted from October thru December a two-person minimum and six-person maximum with a 3-day minimum booking. Upland hunting consists of world class pheasants, chukar, sharp-tail grouse, and mountain grouse. Hundreds of turkeys can be seen on the hunt and can be added for an additional fee. Waterfowl hunting consists of good mallard, blue and green winged teal and wood duck hunting from the outfitters own personal geo-thermal pond. Both greater and lesser Canadian geese can be hunted from ground blinds over decoys in harvested corn fields. Later in the season it is not uncommon to see over 10,000 birds a day. The hunt includes lodging and guide. Because of the customization of hunts, license fees are added to the hunt and are obtained by the outfitter prior to the hunt. Clients provide their own meals on this hunt. The lodge can accommodate up to 6 hunters and is fully stocked with all kitchen ware, bedding and towels. Clients can expect to see birds all day long and this hunt is a great way to knock out multiple species of birds on the same trip. Clients are responsible for purchasing a Federal Duck Stamp prior to arrival. No age requirement on kids and they just need a valid hunter safety card on their possession.
